Many told me that the French are rude to Americans but quite the contrary at the ChouChou! I do not speak a word of French and they went above and beyond to make my daughter and I have an incredible stay there! Perfect location with a very “hip” vibe. I’m sorry I can’t remember the name of the amazing guy at the front desk but he was so welcoming and helped us in every way possible! The bartenders Lyam and Quoc Khiem were outstanding…Lyam made some incredible cocktails-it shows that he loves his job!! Thank you all so much! P.S. and the hotel smells amazing!

The staff were so incredibly helpful ..and so happy! Nothing was a problem. BEST LOCATION EVER. Right near the metro and Galerie Lafayette and Printemps. Lots of places to eat breakfast if you did have the hotel breakfast which was just delicious ..continental but luxury continental fresh fruit ..cheeses ..cake ..croissants etc and fabulous coffee. The room was lovely and they had those amazing japanese loos!

Really good hotel, we had a great time. Perfect location for the city - 30 min walk to most attractions, or straight on the metro at the top of the road, approx 2 min walk! Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants close by. Hotel was great, spotless, comfiest bed ever, and nice post card note when we arrived. Staff couldn’t have done more to help, and loved the little snacks in the lobby for guests of the hotel!

it’s beautiful and well maintained. the rooms was very quiet, the bathroom was very large, and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we’ve ever slept on. we actually want it in our home. the lounge/restaurant was always filled with people at night. seemed like where many locals go for a good time. we stayed at two hotels during our trip to Paris, and this was by far the better choice.

honestly, everything I liked. starting from the ladies working in the reception with smily face. the room very well-cleaned, the toilet very clean and they do have Japanese toilet which I give it a thumps up. it is closed for many stores. no bad smell. before booking I have read some reviews saying that it is too noisy, however I heard nothing and I slept deeply.
